Fonseca releases organic olive oil from Quinta de Santo António

The Quinta de Santo António estate, owned by Fonseca Guimaraens, has this week launched an organic olive oil.
Already awarded a Grand Diploma by the International Extra Virgin Oil Agency, this smooth, delicate and aromatic olive oil, has a subtle fruitiness and is produced in very limited quantities from the first cold pressing of olives organically grown on the Santo António estate.
Owned by the distinguished Port house Fonseca, Santo António is an organic vineyard located in the Pinhão valley, not far from Quinta do Panascal). Its olive trees are of the Galega (Negrucha), Madural, Cordovil and Cobrançosa varieties.
