Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a bain-marie, be careful not to let the chocolate burn. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the port wine over the beaten egg yolks and add to the melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate mixture into the whipped egg whites and fold gently until smooth.
